The time has come once again for contributors to The Rager offer up their predictions for Elimination Chamber. So lets get right to it: Alberto Del Rio vs. Kofi Kingston Dr. Chris - So this match really only serves a couple purposes. First of which is its a card-filler for a Pay Per View and secondly, it gives Del Rio something to do before his Championship match at Wrestlemania. I don't see Kofi having any chances...at all. Winner - Alberto Del Rio Joel - Why is this match exist? Is there a belt up for grabs? I am unclear. As it stands, del Rio is currently slated to have a Wrestlemania match for the belt. If you want to have people believe that our pal Al has a chance at winning the heavyweight title then you can’t have him loose to the IC champion just one PPV earlier. Prediction: Albert. Welcome my little Ragers to IBA's first Pay Per View prediction madness. I got together with fellow Awesomite, Joel, and made our predictions to the matches that WWE has listed on the card for tonight. Of course, WWE has been known in the past to throw in matches at the last minute especially when the card is so bare, much like this one. However, this might meen that more time will be allotted for the bigger 40 man version of the Royal Rumble match, which is more than fine by me. WWE Championship Match The Miz (c) vs. Randy Orton Dr. Chris - So I see Miz winning tonight by pulling some sort of hijinks and barely escaping that way someone else can win the championship at Elimination Chamber. I don't think Miz is ready for a Wrestlemania top card draw just yet but he's certainly getting there, maybe next year. However, I don't think WWE is ready to slow Miz down just yet. Welcome to the return of everybody's review of the longest episodic blah blah blah blah, Monday Night Raw. My apologies for not posted for the previous couple Raws but...ok, I have no excuse, just sheer laziness, it happens. But anyways, I'm back and the lights are on bright and everyone is excited about the return of John Cena! Lets get started: 1. Thanks to CM Punk, Nexus is now a cult, its like everything awesome about the Nexus is now joined with everything that was creepy about Punk's Straight Edge Society. Everything from McGillicutty ceremoniously being carried away after taking a beating, the awkward lashing of Husky Harris and then the "ultimate sacrifice" by CM Punk which went way too far for me and it made no sense to me why WWE wrote such a thing in a story. For a company thats hypersensitive about staying clear of their own screw-ups (i.e. the erasing of Chris Benoit from WWE history), it seems really irresponsible for them to pull this in light of...

Here's my Raw Thoughts (you get it? the show's called Raw? Raw Thoughts? Anyone? Anyone?) 1. I can't tell you all how hard I laughed at the opening Christmas Carol demonstration with The Miz. Also let me point out that its great that Miz and John Morrison is taking the spotlight and them getting a chance. Also, it frees up all the huge names for the Royal Rumble match, best move the WWE has made since the release of Matt Hardy or letting JBL quit....or letting Batista quit...have I mentioned how much I like the current WWE roster? I would really enjoy Ric Flair-like storyline where Daniel Bryan respectfully retires William Regal because we all know its going to happen in the near future and the two obviously think a lot of each other...plus the WWE is pretty sure Regal isn't going to bail and show up on TNA. 3. Welcome to the first official entry of what will hopefully be the world's most respected wrestling column. Tonight we discuss the main points of this month's pay-per-view, Tables, Ladders and Chairs (affectionately known as TLC). -The Ladder match went as follows: Kofi jumped around impressively, (a)Dolph Ziggler (from now on, he will referred to as Mr. Ziggles) put his body on the line, Jack Swagger just kinda threw people around and Vickie Guerrero is a Sea-Donkey (not all that relevant to the match but I felt it was necessary to point out. WWE seems to have peaked early as this match could easily be the highlight of the night, interesting moves by all three men and an even more interesting ending with Kofi and Swags dropping the title and Ziggles managing to scramble away with it and retaining his championship. -Ooo!
