WTF?

I can't decide if this is super awesome or super terrifying.



Perhaps if the Daleks weren't shouting their catch-phrase of genocide and abject subjugation in contrast to adorable children?

I mean, do these Daleks even speak or was that just for dramatic effects? Because I would find genocidal shouting to be a bit disconcerting on my street and around small children. If there wasn't any sound it would be okay. I'd totally want that if I was a kid (who was familiar with Doctor Who).

I do like the theme music they use in this commercial. It reminds me of the Craig Ferguson tribute. And you all know my ridiculous love for that.

Jason:  First of all, I hope that everyone watched the right iteration of this film. The one with Vincent Price, not Jeff Goldblum.  Now that we’ve gotten that straight… This movie is considered to be a Halloween cult classic. It doesn’t have a whole lot in the way of scares or terror but it still remains a seasonal favorite. For the time, the make-up effects were decent. The way Andre’s fly head twitches and vibrates makes it look pretty convincing for a 1950’s puppet mask. The story, however, is what is so captivating. What with all the talk about the Oscar nominations getting announced today, one particular nomination has been overlooked. Namely the fact that even though the ENTIRE soundtrack was overlooked by the Golden Globes the Oscars at least did right by the best bunch of original songs this year and nominated Man or Muppet as on of the contenders for Best Original Song. Sure my pick would have been for Life's a Happy Song, but that's not what's important. What is important is that The Muppets got an Oscar Nomination! YAAAAAAAAAY

We're mere days away from Muse's new album Drones being released and it's time to see which of their songs cracked the top half of our list. If you missed the previous installments or need a refresher:  26-30 ,  21-25 ,  16-20 15. Undisclosed Desires I remember when they first released this song, it had a lot of fans scratching their collective heads because it felt like a vast departure from what we were used to with Muse. In time, we embraced the song because it's Muse and we appreciate the risk. The song ultimately seemed to lay the ground work for Madness on the next album. 14.
