Irrelevant But Awesome

Missed me? Probably not but it's cool. I haven't posted much of anything on here because I've been too engulfed with the whole wrestling thing and also, I only wanted to post a blog on IBA if I was passionate about something. I haven't felt as passionate about anything as of late. Now, don't get me wrong, I love Avengers and I believe it's a wonderful and amazing work of film but I've never been a Marvel guy...I'm not even a DC guy, I'm just a guy that loves Batman movies. Yes, I know how risky it is to put out on the internet that I don't read comics, I haven't watched much of the animated series (as an adult) and I am prepared for the backlash of the idiotic comic book elitists that believe only the comic books matter and any deviation is foolish (usually these account for about 1-2% of the total comic fans, the remaining 98% of you are amazing and I love being around them). Today Warner Bros. relesased the trailer for what is arguably the most anticipated movie of 2012. We'll talk about what goes on in the trailer in a moment but first, let the wonder of The Dark Knight Rises wash over you. Well that was wonderful wasn't it? First we get a good look at Bane in motion for the first time. Some of the biggest internet complaints about the trailer is how Bane's voice sounds in this movie. Sure it's a bit odd but its not impossible to understand. And this is the world where Batman has a super gravely voice remember? So I've no problems with the voice yet. What I do like about this Bane is that he seems to be a very intimidating, competent version of the character, not at all like the disaster we got back in 1997. This is a Bane that I can believe going toe to toe with Batman. In this show we can clearly see some pictures of Harvey Dent in the background though we've been told that he did in fact die at the end of the last movie. So perh...

I feel as though you should have seen this one by now, since It played in front of Harry Potter and please tell me you have seen Harry Potter by now. But just in case, or if you want to watch it again, (and believe me, I did) the trailer for The Dark Knight Rises is now online. embedded below.
