It's top 10 time! Finally we've reached the top 10 Muse songs of all time (excluding new songs from Drones...for now). Let's do this!

10. The 2nd Law - Isolated System
I considered this semi-instrumental song to be a big highlight of The 2nd Law album and chances are, if you watched World War Z, you've heard this song a lot.

9. Uprising
I'd say this song deserves to be on the top list just based on the fact that it's Muse's most successful song ever. But also, during their Resistance tour, this song was used in my favorite opening ever.

8. Supermassive Black Hole
Ok, yes it's a great song. But it pains me to say this because this is the part where I have to bring up the fact that Muse partially owes it's US success to the Twilight films. SMBH was included in the soundtrack of the first film and there was suddenly a boom of Muse popularity because of it. Like I said earlier, I don't care what causes Muse to be popular as long as they become and bigger and bigger deal so they tour more often in my neck of the woods.

7. Assassin
It's bad enough the original version is completely insane but then they released the Grand Omega Bosses Edit and our collective minds exploded as one. So which one do I choose? Kind of a mix of both, duh.

6. Hysteria
Words don't do this bass line justice. Muse bassist Chris Wolstenholme has earned the nickname "Wolstenbeast" and you can see why in this song.

Check back with Irrelevant But Awesome for the exciting finale to see which Muse song reigns supreme.
